Join the REAL People’s Organizing Collective (RPOC) for a People’s Assembly on Tuesday, June 30 at Understory (3340 International Blvd. - Oakland, CA). This is a space for small business owners, workers, and community members to connect, share experiences, and build collective solutions that reflect our real needs, not those of corporations or developers.
We’ll share key findings from the No Oakland Without Us citywide small business report and create space for discussion across sectors to identify priorities and strategies moving forward. This is about turning our shared challenges into collective power and real influence with decision-makers.

Understory (3340 International Blvd. Oakland, CA) is about 2 blocks from Fruitvale BART Station, with a street level entrance on International Blvd.
Metered street parking is available and free after 6pm. 
To protect our disabled community and keep each other safe from COVID-19 and other viruses, we encourage attendees to wear masks and will have free KN95 masks available.

Únete al REAL People's Organizing Collective (RPOC) para una Asamblea Popular el Martes 30 de Junio en Understory. Este es un espacio para que los empresarios de pequeños negocios, trabajadores y miembros de la comunidad se conecten, compartan experiencias y construyan soluciones colectivas que reflejen nuestras necesidades reales, no las de las corporaciones o promotores inmobiliarios.
Compartiremos los hallazgos clave del reporte de pequeñas empresas en la ciudad que condujo, No Oakland Without Us (No a un Oakland sin Nosotros) y crearemos un espacio para platicar entre sectores con el propósito de identificar las prioridades y estrategias para continuar hacia adelante. Esto es para convertir los retos compartidos a un poder colectivo y tener una influencia verdadera ante los que toman decisiones.
